Afhendingar / Sendingar í meginatriðum (íslenska)
Um leið og tilkynningu um pöntun berst í gegnum Shopify netverslun ingthor.art er pöntunin skráð og er varan (málverk eða eftirprentun) undirbúin fyrir afhendingu.
Ef kaupandi valdi að fá hana senda með póstinum, er vörunni pakkað inn innan 1-3 daga og afhend á næsta útibúi Póstsins. Kaupandi fær annaðhvort sms eða tölvupóst með tilkynningu frá ingthor.art um að búið sé að póstleggja sendinguna.
Ef málverkið er alveg nýmálað og hefur ekki náð að þorna enn, gætu bæst við 1-2 dagar í þornun þar til óhætt er að meðhöndla það og pakka því inn.
Afhendingartími með Póstinum innanlands er yfirleitt í kringum 3-5 virkir dagar í flestum tilvikum. Sendingarkostnaður getur verið allt frá 2.700 krónum fyrir lítil málverk í stærðinni 30x30 cm upp í 5.000 kr fyrir stór málverk í stærðinni 100x80 cm. Þegar um er að ræða stærri málverk þá verður haft samband við kaupandann og fundið samkomulag um besta afhendingarmátann.
Ef kaupandi velur fría heimsendingu (aðeins á Höfuðborgarsvæðinu auk Akraness) þá fær hann skilaboð og verður haft samband við hann og fundin tímasetning sem hentar best og afhendingarstaðsetningu ef önnur staðsetning hentar betur en uppgefið heimilisfang.
Einnig er mögulegt að sækja vöruna í stúdóið í Útkoti í Hvalfirði. Vinsamlega merkið við í pöntunarferlinu ef þið viljið sækja eða hafið samband.
Ef svo vill til að pöntunin berst á tíma þar sem ekki verður hægt að senda eða afhenda vöruna innan 1-3 daga frá því að pöntun berst, ef engin er við eða í fríi/leyfi eða erlendis, þá verður haft samband við viðkomandi um leið og hann látinn vita hvenær sendingin verður póstlögð eða afhend í heimsendingu.

Deliveries / Shipping in a few words (english)
As soon as an order is placed through the ingthor.art Shopify store, the order (the painting or the print) is registered as sold and prepared for a delivery.
If the buyer chose to get the order via the postal service Pósturinn, the order goes under packaging, within 1 - 3 days and the parcel is delivered to the next postal office branch. The customer will get a text message or an e-mail from ingthor.art with a confirmation that the parcel has been delivered to the post office.
If the painting just came from the easel and is still wet when the order came, it might have to wait for 1-2 days to get touch-dry before it can be handled for shipping.
The shipping time with the postal service domestically is usually around 3-5 business days in most cases. Cost of shipping domestically can varies from 2.700 kr for smallest painting (30x30 cm) up to 5.000 kr for big paintings (100x80 cm)
If the customer chose a free home delivery (only within the Reykjavik Capital Area and Akranes) than he will get a text message and will be contacted regarding the most convenient time of delivery and a place if the another location than stated address is more suitable.
Also the customer can also pick up the product at the studio in Útkot í Hvalfjörður. Please check the option “pick up” in the shopping process or contact me.
If the order is placed at a time where its not possible to send or deliver the order within a 1-3 business days, if no one is at the studio due to a vacation or other reason for some days, the customer will be contacted and notified with a new time estimate.

Shipping Restrictions
Address Accuracy: Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
P.O. Box and APO/FPO Addresses: We ship to P.O. Box and APO/FPO addresses. However, expedited shipping options may not be available for these addresses.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments
